With her 15 years of experience as education manager and project leader of innovative developments at Fontys Sports College, Kathelijn knows better than anyone that a personal, people-oriented and goal-oriented approach ensures the best results. To achieve this, she has followed various courses. Originally a master's degree in physical education, she also followed various management and marketing courses. She is also a certified reiki master, a coach in connecting communication and she has experience with systemic work. In her way of working, she has an analytical view with clear goals, is helpful and empathetic.
