Terry (1968) is a result-oriented connector between people, their ambitions and (social) challenges. Her approach is "hard on the content, soft on the relationship".

Terry has a background in environment, sustainability and quality management. After her education as an NLP master, she started to focus more on the development of people and organizations. In recent years, she has combined this with major social issues at the interface between economy & innovation and sustainability & quality of life. She was the connecting link between governments and companies.

After working for the government for 28 years on various challenging assignments, she made the move to business at the beginning of 2020.

As COO at AnyChange she is responsible for the internal development of AnyChange, the processes, the management of the project portfolio and the management of her own training location. She is also a certified Z-model or Change® coach and business change consultant.
